1. ORGANISE your speech into three basic parts:

   INTRODUCTION: In this Part Know your audience and Analyze Carefully what they are interested in and what they like to hear from you. Be confident and caught the attention of the audience by thoroughly introducing yourself ( by telling a joke, making a loud noise, use of Quotation, etc,) starting with the purpose and its importance.

   MAIN SPEECH: In this part convey your message to the audience and discuss the main points(MOVE from one point to another in a smooth and Logical Fashion) by providing supporting details,facts and examples,. Use Pause when telling important point but Don't try to spend much time on a particular one.

  CONCLUSION: Your conclusion should be very clear and provides a sense of satisfaction to the listeners/audience.

2. Display Positive Body language, while speaking maintain Good Posture that reflects your confidence. Have a Genuine Smile on your face. Maintain Seriousness when required.Keep your head up. Don't look down.Display Good Gestures. Dress Properly related to the Occassion to gain good impression.
