Face Mapping: What Pimples on your Skin tell about your Health Condition?

Face Mapping
Face Mapping, I hope you heard of it. If you have no idea about it, let me speak. The pimples/acene on your face tell you a lot about your health and what's going on inside your body. Did you observed Breakouts on Forehead, Breakouts on Temples/Eye Brows, Breakouts on Nose, Breakouts on Left Cheeck and Right cheek etc,,

Face mapping is an ancient practice rooted in Ayurveda teachings and Chinese medicine that treats the face as a road map to pinpoint underlying issues in other parts of the body. The conventional approach relates certain facial acne spots to bodily organs or systems elsewhere in the body.

Face mapping divides the face into zones that correspond with a particular medical or lifestyle issue. For example, acne on the chin and along the jawline is thought to be triggered by hormones.

The idea that the location of acne outbreaks on the face is related to health problems with body organs is not well-supported by scientific research.  However, some research suggests that specific factors can relate to acne on certain areas of the face.

When the skin's pores are blocked by oil and dead skin cells, acne begins to appear.

There may also be a link between reducing stress and taking time for regular relaxation to help reduce or prevent acne breakouts.

While the ayurvedic practise of acne face-mapping has yet to be scientifically proven, it can still be a useful tool when dealing with breakouts of any kind.

Face mapping can help identify patterns in acne breakouts and provide clues to what is going on in the body. By connecting a specific area of the face to an organ or body part, face mapping allows individuals to make changes to their diet or lifestyle that may help heal acne flare-ups from the inside out
