Food Tips to reduce Heart Diseases and Heart Attack:

from the high amounts of antioxidants in walnuts keep immune system healthy. It

5. Include more oranges in diet as it is rich in potassium,
cholesterol fighting fiber reduces blood presure, helps in lower the heart
disease in women. Foods rich in Vitamin
C like oranges, lemon, mousambi, amla, guava, green leafy vegetables, cabbage,
tomatoes and water melon helps in reducing the free radicals that are produced
during stress adding to that also helps in cleansing and detoxing the body.
6. Red Wine is good for the heart as it contains powerful
antioxidant called resveratrol and also flavonoids that protects the heart from
cardiovascular diseases. Also eat flax seeds, avocados, raw nuts, fish oils,
colorful fruits and vegetables, egg whites, egg substitutes, nonfat cheeses or
yogurt, etc,
7. Include legumes like baked beans, Garlic, soybeans, lentils and tofu in diet., and Avoid packaged foods that are high in sodium.
