1. Black Beans classified as legumes falls under the category of edible seeds benefit human health in many ways as they are rich in high protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals. 6. Red Wine is good for the heart as it contains powerful antioxidant called resveratrol and also flavonoids that protects the heart from cardiovascular diseases. Also eat flax seeds, avocados, raw nuts, fish oils, colorful fruits and vegetables, egg whites, egg substitutes, nonfat cheeses or yogurt, etc,


7. Include legumes like baked beans, Garlic, soybeans, lentils and tofu in diet., and Avoid packaged foods that are high in sodium.
